Peacock soft-shell turtle release at Deeply Beel
Deer release in Manas NP
A Forest Department official releases a soft-shell turtle at Deeply Beel. The turtle, rescued from captivity, was provided treatment and care by IFAW-WTI Mobile Vet Service Lower Assam unit. A spotted deer rescued from captivity of local people in Bansbari, Manas, by the IFAW-WTI MVS Lower Assam unit. It was released after preliminary treatment and stabilisation.

Golden langur released in Chakrasila WLS
A Burmese rock python rescued from captivity. It was released in the wild by the IFAW-WTI MVS Lower Assam unit. An infant golden langur left found alone at Mowriagaon, Manas NP and later reunited with its troupe .by MVS Lower Assam unit.

Asiatic black bear at CBRC
Young black naped hares found and brought to CWRC by local kids. The hares were healthy and were thus released in the site where they were found. An Asiatic black bear rests in an open enclosure at the IFAW-WTI run Centre for Bear Rehabilitation and Conservation (CBRC), Pakke,
