EDUCATION

This division aims to disseminate knowledge and information, formally and informally, on conservation, tailored to targeted groups through activities and events.

Its basic objectives are;

  • To impart knowledge on conservation of wildlife and its habitat through various media, events and workshops to schools, colleges, youth groups, local communities etc.
  • To inculcate a love of nature and build a sense of protection for wildlife and its habitat among the youth.
  • To conduct random public awareness activities that are not targeted at a specific end but address conservation issues in general.
To integrate nature conservation and natural history into curricula in schools and colleges.
